Description
Every EMS system has some kind of quality function. And yet, very few have produced real clinical improvement or use meaningful measures to track their performance. Many rely on traditional chart reviews, which often focus on individual cases rather than providing a clear picture of system-wide performance. In this interactive session, we will explore measures that matter—those that provide real insight into system performance and patient outcomes. We will discuss how meaningful quality measures help EMS systems make measurable and lasting improvements in the areas that matter most. NYS CME: All Levels - Non-Core - Additional
