EMS work demands quick decisions, sharp problem-solving, and the ability to adapt in unpredictable situations. But what if the key to strengthening those skills lies outside of medicine? This unique panel brings together EMS providers who are also artists and musicians to explore how creativity fuels their work in the field. Through art, music, writing, and other forms of expression, panelists share how tapping into creativity not only supports their personal well-being, but also enhances the critical and flexible thinking needed during EMS operations. Attendees will gain insight into how engaging with creativity can improve resilience, decision-making, and innovation in patient care—while also discovering new ways to connect with their own creative side.
