My name is Kiersten Spears, I have been involved with PreHospital Emergency Care for approximately 10 years as both an EMT and Paramedic; as well as a Firefighter for 11 years. I graduated college in 2017 with a Associates in Fire Protection Technology and obtained my Paramedic with Upstate Medical University in 2021. I have had the luxury throughout my career of gaining experience in both the suburban/ city environment as well as rural environment. My ultimate goal is to become a State Fire Instructor, and be a mentor for younger women who want to be part of both the medical and firefighting fields.
