​D​r. Lemay started as an EMT in 2003, before getting distracted with medical school​ at UVM, Emergency Medicine residency Duke and EMS fellowship at SUNY Upstate. He splits his hospital work between adult and pediatric ED shifts and provid​es medical direction for several area agencies. ​He holds his EMT-P and FP-C and works both ground and helicopter EMS shifts​ in Upstate New York. Tyler cares deeply about providing the best care to ​o​ur sickest patients​, with​ a focus on airway excellence, ​human performance​ and pediatric resuscitation. When not at work you can likely him climbing, skiing or trying to keep up with his ​8 year old son.
