Will Fox is a Captain in the Cortland Fire Department with over 17 years of fire and rescue experience, and a dedicated advocate for comprehensive wellness and behavioral health. Will is the creator and coordinator of the Cortland FD Peer Support Team. He is committed to holistic wellness, demonstrated by his certification as an IAFF Peer Fitness Trainer and as a specialist instructor for the PT/Wellness Program at the Academy of Fire Science Recruit Firefighter Training Program. Will also brings instructional experience as a NYS Certified Instructor Coordinator and is former Municipal Training Officer (MTO), ensuring a grounded, practical approach to mental and physical resiliency training.
