The 2026 Vital Signs Conference will be held Tuesday, November 10 to Saturday, November 14, 2026 in Niagara Falls, New York!

The Vital Signs Conference has been providing excellent continuing education opportunities for New York State’s EMS providers for over 40 years. This year’s event includes three days of exhibits, hands on training, lectures, networking events, a skills competition, and EMS research presentations.

More than 80 exhibitors attended in 2025, sharing the best in EMS education, equipment, apparatus, and coming trends.
