Daniel Sundahl (DanSun) is a published artist and writer with four (4) art books produced of his works. Articles of his work are featured in several international publications, and his art is recognized and exhibited worldwide. Daniel is a registered counselling therapist, a certified clinical trauma specialist, an advanced care paramedic and retired career firefighter. He is the president and founder of The Recovery and Resiliency Foundation, a charitable organization that helps support people living with symptoms of trauma.

Daniel was born in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Taking up a global residency as an English language teacher in Egypt, Mexico, Indonesia and Japan, he now works full-time as an artist, counsellor and public speaker. The majority of Daniel's work involves emergency services imagery. It comprises an emotional connection to the artist as most of his pieces are based on actual emergency calls he has attended as a paramedic and firefighter. He is passionate about reducing the stigma of PTSD for first responders and uses his art, public speaking and workshops to raise awareness of occupational stress injuries worldwide.

Daniel enjoys combining the technical and artistic elements of his work. Each piece can take several days or weeks of processing until he feels it is ready.

Kevin Ramdayal is a Deputy Chief with the New York City Fire Department and a nationally recognized leader in emergency medical operations, leadership development, and disaster response education. With nearly two decades of experience progressing from EMT to Paramedic to Chief Officer, he brings a command-level perspective shaped by real-world incidents, systemwide training initiatives, and national deployments. Chief Ramdayal has served throughout all five boroughs of New York City and holds extensive experience managing and coordinating high-level incidents including terrorist attacks, aircraft incidents, construction collapses, and large-scale mass casualty events. He is a certified Medical Unit Leader and has deployed nationally as part of the FDNY Incident Management Team during wildland fires and major disasters. A senior educator and curriculum developer, Chief Ramdayal has led and implemented training programs in Incident Command, medical simulation, counterterrorism response, rescue task force operations, and mass casualty management. As a New York State Certified Instructor Coordinator, he has delivered hundreds of hours of instruction and overseen systemwide training initiatives impacting thousands of EMS providers, including major protocol rollouts and national preparedness programs. He has trained with and alongside FEMA, the FBI, the Center for Domestic Preparedness, and the Department of Homeland Security, and is a graduate of the Combating Terrorism Program at West Point and the Fire Officers Management Institute at Columbia University. He is also the owner of Empire Preparedness and Training Consultants, where he continues to develop leaders and responders nationwide. An award-winning international speaker, Chief Ramdayal has delivered keynote addresses and workshops at national and international conferences and is a frequent presenter on leadership, high-risk decision making, EMS innovation, and disaster response. He remains an active paramedic and instructor, committed to developing the next generation of fire service and EMS leaders.

David Brenner has been providing advanced life support as a member of the Holbrook Fire Department since 1979. He continues to provide active service and leadership as the ex-Captain of the medical company. Mr. Brenner has provided EMS instruction since 1981 teaching EMT, EMT-Critical Care for Suffolk County EMS and as a full professor at Suffolk County Community College. Since 2010, he has been instructing at LaGuardia Community College in the EMT and Paramedic programs. Mr. Brenner is a Paramedic, Certified Instructor/Coordinator, Regional Faculty, and Instructor of ACLS, PALS, CPR, PHTLS, AMLS, GEMS, PTEP, and EMS Safety.

Mr. Brenner serves as New York State regional faculty in both Suffolk County and New York City, training EMS providers to be instructors. Mr. Brenner also served as a member and chair of the Suffolk Regional Emergency Medical Services Council charged with oversight and guidance for the region. Mr. Brenner reports that his involvement as a co-author of the NAEMT course, Psychological Trauma in EMS Patients (PTEP), has been one of the most rewarding and practice-changing endeavors in his career. He is also the author of his 12-Lead ECG Made Clear and Simple Lecture and Practice course. He is looking forward to sharing his knowledge and strategies with other EMS professionals.

Scott A. Moore, Esq. has been in the emergency medical services field for over 32 years. Scott has held various executive positions at several ambulance services in Massachusetts. Scott is a licensed attorney, specializing in Human Resources, employment and labor law, employee benefits, ambulance service reimbursement, and corporate compliance matters. Scott is the Human Resources & Operational Consultant to the American Ambulance Association (AAA) and frequently lectures at EMS conferences. In addition, Scott created Newton 360, a performance feedback and operational efficiency mobile platform designed specifically for EMS agencies.

Scott is a licensed attorney and is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the State of Illinois, the State of Texas, and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. In addition, Scott holds certifications as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR), Society for Human Resources Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), and Certified Ambulance Compliance Officer (CACO). Scott has been a Site Reviewer for the Commission on the Accreditation of Ambulance Services (CAAS) for many years and currently serves on the CAAS Panel of Commissioners. In addition, Scott is currently serving on the Board of Directors for The Savvik Foundation, The Code Green Campaign, and the Employers Against Domestic Violence.

Scott earned his bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Salem State College and his Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School. Scott maintains his EMT and is still affiliated with the Fire Department in his hometown. Scott is a member of the National Association of Emergency Medical Technicians, the National EMS Management Association, the International Association of EMS Chiefs, the American Bar Association, the Massachusetts Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association, the Society for Human Resource Management, and the Northeast Human Resource Association.
